How To Change Old Account Info

I was playing Feing Shui majhong when it suddenly stopped working so I deleted it but I wanted to redownload it. I need to change old password & username info as I do not have that email address anymore. Thanks, Karen

There is actually two parts to this question which will both be answered. However, if unsure how to perform the steps (OR this answer is a bit lengthy for you) the contact information for Big Fish Customer Support is provided at the end of this answer.

If just the game was deleted, then you can open your Big Fish Game Manager to access all your purchased games, including the deleted games. The Game Manager would have been downloaded and installed onto your operating system when you first set up your account (at the time your first game purchase was made with them.)

Once the Game Manager is open, click on the "My Games" button and look for the game you would like to reinstall, then click on the reinstall link to begin.

Once signed in, you can view theChange Account Email Or Password instructions located in the help section.

Note: Most Account/Profile changes can be done, except for your Username. This can not be changed once created.
