I Have Received A Charge On My Debit Card These Past 2 Months And Don't Know Why
I bought a couple games months ago & these past 2 months, I have noticed a reoccurring charge on my debit card. From what I understood, the game was a one time purchase, not something I had to pay for every month. So, I would like to know why I'm receiving this charge & I would like to be refunded. I have deleted all Big Fish Games material off of my computer because I'm not going to play monthly for a game.

You may have accidently signed up for a Big Fish membership. Scroll down on their terms of agreement located under "membership benefits and payment." http://www.bigfishgames.com/company/game-club-terms-of-use.html
In one forum, people said that Big Fish has the default set that you are signing up for a trial memberhsip when you purchase a game. The games are more expensive if you don't sign up for this membership.
