If you made a purchase through Big Fish Games, you may have unknowlingly registered to be a Big Fish Games Club Member, which would be charged to your card on file with them on a monthly basis. However, you were completely unaware of the original charge to you card, then this is an unauthorized charge and should be disputed through your credit card company.
However, you can put a stop to any future charges, as well as request a refund for any past charges by contacting Big Fish Games Customer Support using one of the following options:
Telephone: 206-213-5753, Mon-Fri: 9am-5:30pm PST
Email: [email protected]
Online Form: https://bigfishgames.custhelp.com/app/ask/
If you choose this option for a refund, you should choose the following from the drop down menu:
- Topic - Accounts and Purchasing
- Subject - Unauthorized Charge
In the box where you enter the details of why you are contacting them, you should include the following:
- Name on the Credit Card
- Date the charge occurred
- Total Amount charged
- The *last 4 digits of the Credit Card
*Please do not provide the entire card number, ONLY the last 4 digits are needed to process the refund
Then fill in the rest of the requested information, as needed. And click submit. Your request will be reviewed, and you should receive a reply within 24 to 72 hours (May take an extra day or two due to the holidays)
