I Didn't Get My Chips!

As you can see I spend a lot of money at Big Fish usually without any problems. On March 13 at 7:03pm I have 4 of t he fifty dollar coin specials on my credit card. It was also a triple day. I only got chips for 1 and was charged for 4. The best case would be you credit my account and if that can not be done then I would like you to please give me enough chips for 3 of the specials and please remember it was triple at that time. The name on my account is Lynn Krueger. Thank you very much I appreciate your help!!
