Cant Seem To Get Games To Play

Let me start by saying, I do NOT suggest you use the website provided in the previous answer (Sorry Bernadette2013). These type of websites are not from the company itself and usually always come with adware. (Not many websites offer downloads to 'repair' another company's errors for free, without a catch)
Therefore, I advise you review the troubleshooting page on the Big Fish Games Website Help Section - Game Issues/Error Codes, which can be viewed here
Also, you may want to clean out your internet cache, clear cookies and reboot your system, as sometimes this is all you need to do to clear up an issue.
If, after reviewing the above, you still can not play the games you downloaded. You may contact Big Fish Games Customer Suppoort through one of the following options for further troubleshooting assistance:

1) Download a big fish games error repair tool and install it (http://www.fixerrorsafe.com/ttfix-big_fish_games_error-zz0001)
2) Click the Repair All Button.
3) Click the Repair All Button again.
