Any game you purchase will be placed in the Game Manager, where it will remain for your use until you decide to uninstall the game.

If you have not downloaded this before you should begin where it reads "Reinstall game Manager" and click on the link provided,
OR
To install/re-install or uninstall a game you can click here for information on how to dowload a game
If, after trying the above options you still can't retrieve the game you can contact Customer Care at
206-213-5753 - press 0 when recording beginsHope this helps
