If you haven't already done so, I suggest you download the Big Fish Game Manager for maintaining all your purchased Big Fish games in one location for easy access.

Any game you purchase will be placed in the Game Manager, where it will remain for your use until you decide to uninstall the game.

If you have not downloaded this before you should begin where it reads "Reinstall game Manager" and click on the link provided,

If, after trying the above options you still can't retrieve the game you can contact Customer Care at

206-213-5753 - press 0 when recording begins
