Bought The Game 5 Times

First thing you can do is contact Big Fish Games Support by using this form Once there click on the drop doen menu and choose Account and Purchasing then click on the box again to choose the subheading Billing Question.

Then continue to fill in the information requested. When providing the details please include the following:

• Your Name
• Email Address you use for Big Fish Games
• Which game was purchased include
• First and last four digits of the card you used to make the purchases (DO NOT provide the full card number)
• Details of what occurred and the number of times the game was purchased

You should have no problems recieving a refund on the multiple purchases. However, this may take 3-4 days before the refund is processed.

Next, if you do not already have the Big Fish Games Manager then you should download it. (If you do already have this then skip to the next paragraph below). This is where a history of all your purchased games are stored for easy re-installation if needed.

If, you do already have Big Fish games Manager you can open it up, locate the game, if it appears in the manager, and click the uninstall icon just to the right of the game title and let it run through the process. then reboot your computer, go to the games manager and try to download the game again.

If the game still wont download correctly, you will probably need to uninstall and re-install the Games Manager itself. More information andinstructions are located at the following:
