Blanket Stitch

Hi, please help - I am between houses and my Bernina manual is in storage along with the rest of my life!  I cannot remember how to use blanket stitch on my machine and I would be so grateful if you could remind me which button, foot, stitch width and lengthto use. many thanks,   kind regards,   mel
