Compatible Software And Memory Stick

hi there,I need help loading custom designs onto a memory stick I am using a 252mb memory stick The software I am using is the free 30 day trial one version 9 off the Bernini website I am saving the file as an EXP file under a folder titled EmbF5when I plug it into the machine, no files show up when I click the USB icon. It asks me to insert the USB even though it is plugged in.what can I do for the files to show up?thank you
