Jammed Bobbin Case
I was using the embroidery module on my Bernina 730. Needed new bobbin so placed it in the bobbin case and proceded to embroider. Heard noise from bobbin area like it was not locked in properly. Checked and was unable to remove the case. What can I do to release the case. Am afraid to pull too hard for fear I will break the clip.
