Delay For Sending And Receiving E-mails

Question Details: Good morning To whom it may concern. Since a couple of months ago, my boss, Mr. Eric Arturo DelValle ([email protected]) is having delay problems for sending and receiving e-mails in his Iphone.  Recently his account was blocked for abuse and took three days to put his account in a white list.  His account is currently working, but still is having this trouble. Right now he is in Panama City, Republic of Panama. Because Mr. DelValle is not an IT person, I´m doing this on behalf of him, in order to get an answer or simple to know what is going on. We made a trace route test on our domain (azunal.com) and watched that the e-mails pass through many servers changing its status from sent to deferred, and finally to delivered.  It takes time.
