Just Got A New Beko Dishwasher Din15x10 Instructions Don't Make Sense

Hi I have just got a new BEKO dishwasher model DIN15X10 and I have wasted a lot of time trying to work out how I can change my water hard/soft level it just not available even though I key in everything to the letter the facility isn't just there I feel I am stupid or just going mad HELP!Christine from HARLOW

Sorry for your problems. If you told us exactly what you did, we very likely could tell you what if anything you were doing wrong--but as an independent help site, we can't improve on the manufacturer's instructions. So at this point I can only suggest two options:

Resubmit, telling us in detail how you made your attempt, or
Phone Beko or the merchant to get a walk-through (for Beko use the contact information here--https://www.contacthelp.com/beko/customer-service).

If a walk-through doesn't solve, then your product is defective and should if possible be returned
