Cancellation Of Service
How do I cancel the service? Basic talk is still taking money out of my account. I don't want the service at this time.

Hi, You may cancel your BasicTalk service by calling them at 866-382-3770 during the following hours:
· Monday through Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight ET.
· Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET.
