I Posted A Picture Today And Then I Deleted It. I No Longer Can Load A Picture.

When I try to load a picture, I get the vertical line waiting pattern forever. I have tried other pictures (big and small) and pictures that I have loaded successfully in the past. I have also tried power cycles. Nothing works. I think I screwed something up when I tried to delete the original post.
