2009 Bmw X5 How To Release Transmission?

to put in nuetral have a fine thread pitched bolt

under the car on the trans thier will be a small metal lever that moves up and down. screw bolt through hole till it makes contact with lever and keeping screwing it in until transmission releases into nuetral
