I Want A Refund On My Avast - I Was Told It Would Not Be Renewed And Then It Was

On about the 14th of Dec. I got an e-mail that my credit card would not work. I went on site and put in some sort of numbers that would let me give better credit card info. I tried several times and then finally got to a site that took the new number. I was able to get it done around the 17th. I had no reply at all so I subscribed to another anti-virus. Then on the 18th, I got notification that I had renewed Avast. 4 days later. Now I want a refund as I have paid for another service. Please reply and confirm a refund to my charge account. When I spoke to a technician after I got notice that it was renewed, I was told that there would be conflict within my system by 2 anti-virus technicians. I was AVAST removed and a refund. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

If you used a credit card to pay for the AV, I suggest you contact the issuer & dispute the charge.
