Why The Keyboards Are Differents With Others Keyboards
when i type U must tap fn first..it also to type i,o,p,l,k,j,m

It sounds like you may have change the setting on your notebook. If you want to put your keyboard back to regular you will have to go to the start button and type keyboard and select change how your keyboard works and scroll to the bottom and select change keyboard. Make sure it is US.
