Black Screen On Asus X451ca
I bought very recently an Asus x451ca. After closing down and start again I only receive a black screen. I have connected an other screen with same result. Strange is that I can see and move the arrow of the mouse. Can somebody advise me Thank you

Hi. This happens when the system gets corrupt. Things you can do
1. Try and hold down Ctrl + Alt + Del to evoke the Task Manager, and cancel it if it come up and observe.
2. Try accessing Windows via Safe Mode and then try disable the Anti-virus and then restart to retry the Normal Mode.
