Screen Went Buggy?

So my screen has gone all buggy, and I can't seem to find anything on how to resize my screen since at the moment, half my screen is black and the picture is squished towards the upper left hand side of my screen. Anyone know how to possibly resize my screen?

Ive had known issues with these series laptops before. It sounds to be a video driver issue or some other sort of conflicting driver issue. First try to load a system restore point to right before this all started happening. If that fails, Consult this site for the drivers downloads http://www.asus.com/Notebooks/Gaming_Powerhouse/G53Jw/#download

This site also contains 2 other models in your series category with complete driver downloads. Un install your current video drivers and install the ones off the site. If it fixes the problem then it was a recent Driver update that caused the issues. Message me back if you need more help and good luck!
