How Can I Fix My Mouse Connectivity Problems?
My mouse will not connect to my computer. The right tracking light on the bottom does not turn on. The red light on the top of the mouse is always on whenever I turn the switch to on. I do not know how to get my computer to recognize the mouse, it usually does it automatically. I suspect a hardware failure. Please help.

I've had the same problem over the past several days.
Somewhere today I read that uninstalling the mouse and reinstalling it would solve the problem. I did that and the mouse works fine now. The process took two to three minutes. I do not know how often this will be required. I've had the mouse four months and this is the first problem; and this occurred after I took the large notebook and mouse on a trip with me. I hope this helps.

While the bluetooth receiver is connected you must access it by going to the task-bar in the bottom right corner (right click). From there, click : SHOW BLUETOOTH DEVICES (right click again on the mouse icon) choose REMOVE DEVICE. Then (right click again on the bluetooth icon from the task-bar) click on ADD A DEVICE, select the mouse, you're good to go.
