In order to remove the dvd drive you will need to remove the keyboard. Once you remove the keyboard be careful as the ribbon cable is still attached you don't want to tear that. Once you remove the keyboard you will notice a screw with a symbol that looks like a disc. Unscrew that and the dvd drive should come out easily.
