1. Log into your Assurance Wireless account with your PIN and phone number
2. Click on the option 'My Account'
3. Click on the option 'Text Messaging' or 'Call History'
4. You should see the phone numbers where you sent text messages
5. If you can't view the numbers, contact the support team and ask for assistance
Assurance Wireless text message history will only show billable transactions over the past 60 days.
Sending or Receiving Multimedia or Text Messages on Assurance Wireless
Follow these steps to receive or send messages;
1. Click on the 'Messaging' icon on the home screen
2. Click 'New Message'
3. Enter a phone number or contact name in the recipient field
4. Enter your message in the text message field
5. Click on the 'Send' icon to send a standard text message. To send a multimedia message, click on the attach icon
6. Choose your preferred file type and selection method
7. Find the file location and tap on the image or file you wish to send
8. Click on the 'Send' icon to send your MMS
9. To receive MMS messages, click on the 'Messaging' icon on the home screen
10. On the message thread, messages will be displayed. You can save your received attachments by clicking on the 'Save' icon
