Asiana Changed My Flight - Need Support

CheapOair booking number: 34411812USA / Airline confirmation number: 4V9L4HI spoke with CheapOair and they said I need to speak with you, Asiana Airlines directly, for layover support. We need to request a complimentary hotel room since you changed our original flight. There are 8 of us travelling together). Now our flight has a layover of nearly 12 hours and we have 3 children (1 infant) and 2 seniors travelling among us. 12 hours of layover is too much for us to handle without either accommodation or cancellation of flight. On top of this, it has been a struggle to communicate with you. I have made several attempts to call you and was transferred several times and either hung up on or disconnected. I have tried to navigate your website but it, too, is a struggle because I don't speak nor understand Korean.We need immediate assistance with this as our scheduled flight is set for August 23, 2016 from Vietnam to USA, which is a little more than a week away.
