Terrible Service
We took delivery of a twin bed head board and frame 3 weeks ago. The head board and frame are not attached because Ashley sent the wrong fram. We have made numerous calls to the store in Loiusville with a promise to look into this-we have not received any return calls. This problem has not been resolved!!

we are not directly connected to ashley furniture, but my advice is to go to one of their offices by person and report your problem. call the number below for more information
