Why Isn't Furniture Delivered When They Say It Will Be Delivered? I Am On My 3r
I am on my 3rd attempt to get my cocktail table delivered. They were suppose to deliver on Nov. 28th and they never showed up or called. I had them to reschedule for Dec. 1st and I took off work to be there. They never showed up. I lost a day's pay from my job. Now this is the 3rd time and it is scheduled for Dec. 23rd. No one ever called me, I had to wait on hold for a long time to reschdule all three times. This is not good business practice. I am very concerned about getting my merchandise that is already paid for.
