You seem to be confusing us, an independent help site, with Arby's. (To reach Arby's, use the contact information here--https://www.contacthelp.com/Arby%27s/customer-service.) I can tell you that I have never seen any evidence or even claims of organic food at Arby's--and since that costs more, the presence of organic food is exceedingly unlikely.
