Navigate to Settings > Network > Wi-Fi on the Apple TV menu. Click Forget Network after selecting your current Wi-Fi network. The Apple TV remote's Menu or Back buttons should be pressed. To connect, choose Network once more and then choose your Wi-Fi network.

  1. Restart your Apple TV: Press and hold the "Menu" and "Home" buttons on your Apple TV remote until the light on your Apple TV blinks rapidly. Then release both buttons and wait for your Apple TV to restart.
  2. Restart your router: Unplug your router from the power outlet and wait 30 seconds before plugging it back in.
  3. Check for interference: Make sure there are no other electronic devices near your Apple TV and router that could be causing interference with the Wi-Fi signal.
  4. Check your network settings: On your Apple TV, go to "Settings" > "Network" and verify that your network settings are correct. Make sure that the correct Wi-Fi network is selected and that the password is correct.
  5. Reset your network settings: If you've tried all of the above steps and your Apple TV is still not connecting to your Wi-Fi network, you can try resetting your network settings. On your Apple TV, go to "Settings" > "System" > "Reset" > "Reset Network Settings". This will erase all of your network settings and you will need to set them up again.

There are several reasons why an Apple TV may not be able to connect to a Wi-Fi network, here are some possible causes and solutions:
  1. Incorrect Wi-Fi network details: Make sure that you have entered the correct Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and password. Double check that the network name and password are spelled correctly, and that you are connecting to the correct network.
  2. Interference: Other electronic devices or appliances can cause interference with the Wi-Fi signal, so try moving the Apple TV to a different location.
  3. Outdated software: Make sure that the Apple TV is running the latest version of the software. Go to the "Settings" menu on your Apple TV, then select "System" and "Software Updates" to check for updates.
  4. Network security: Check that your network security settings are set to allow the Apple TV to connect. The most common types of network security are WPA and WPA2.
  5. Distance: Make sure that your Apple TV is within range of your Wi-Fi router. If the signal is too weak, your Apple TV may not be able to connect.
  6. Restarting: Try restarting your Apple TV, and also your Wi-Fi router, to see if that helps resolve the issue.
  7. DHCP: Make sure DHCP is enabled on the router. DHCP is a service that assigns IP addresses to devices on your network, if it is disabled, the Apple TV will not be able to connect to the network.
  8. Disable Firewall: If you have a firewall enabled on your router, try disabling it temporarily and see if that resolves the issue.

If none of the above solutions work, you may want to contact Apple or your router's manufacturer for further assistance.
