Does The Ipod Model Ma627ll Have Apps Store?

Yes. You'll need to purchase and install the iOS 3.1 update for your iPod Touch. Use this link to purchase the update.

The 1st generation Ipod will not ios 4 though. but downloading ios 3.1 should allow you to get the app store.
