Why Did Anthropologie Take So Much Time Re-opening In Puerto Rico?

After Hurricane Maria hit the island of Puerto Rico, Anthropologie took almost a year to re-open their store in the Mall of San Juan. Why, though? Many of the other stores re-opened fairly quickly afterwards?

The time taken to reopen could have been as a result the level of the degree of things affected during the hurricane, most business decisions also needs planning, to avoid future problems.
