I've Sent My Premium Check As A Bank Check Back In December. Got Letter To Pay
I've sent my $89 premium in Dec. I got a letter yesterday to pay it by the 15th of Jan. ??

I suggest you call CS@ 888-231-5046: Say "Get associate" or "Member" at prompt OR press 0 for Corporate Accounts; to resolve your issue.
