Payment Not Being Processed Even With Confirmation.
My fiancee called after completing application in Dec 2014 and after being on hold for 3 hours we gave our debit card info to a rep named Ceaser. That payment did not process. So a few days later we got on the web site and again paid (over the web). That payment did not process. Called again, on hold for 4 hours, transferred 4 times, finally got hung up on. Holly my fiancee had a doctors appointment Jan 7th, on that day we sent a check to TX for the 3rd attempt. Still no info, no card, nothing. The doctor charged $350.00, they want paid, what the heck is going on?
