Premium Payment
I have been trying, unsuccessfully, to pay premium, by phone, since Friday 4/1/11. The automated service has been 'temporarily unavailable' or 'you've reached us after business hours'. This is not the first time this has happened. Now I have gotten to a computer and am trying to pay online without much success either.
