Unuseable Since August 2015, American Standard, Model 2848.100, Walk-in.
Installed by buiulder's subcontractor, with no experience with this tub model. Leaks, no shower on/off, nwater heater unworkable, no operating instructions. Handicapped wife was to use, now must go to spoa. In out late 70's, Navy vet and 30 year Army civilian wife. HELP US.
