Lost And Still Never Found

Hello, I have been attempting to reach AA in trying to find something i left on the aircraft a few weeks ago on AA flight number AA2238. I have called several lost and found numbers and representative numbers and even emailed AA yet it has been over 2 weeks since I left my items on the plane. Can somebody please help?
