Hello, Im Am Trying To Find Out For My Mother, How To Get A Copy Of A Ticket

that my mom purchased for my nephew in the fall of 10/2011. can you assist me with getting that information? I have no record of the ticket number. Thank you

You're going to have a problem if you don't have the ticket/confirmation number and are acting on behalf of someone else.

You need to begin with the method of payment. You might find some information there.

Next you will need to have the exact information of the dates, times, flight numbers, passenger name to begin at the place where the ticket was purchased. For example, if the tickets were purchased at American Airlines online, you would call them or have her sign in to her American Airlines Advantage account.

If purchased through an online travel site such as Expedia, you would contact them because they could check you mother's account provided you had access to her account and they agreed to it.

Please note, there might be more requirments such as a notarized request mailed from your mother.

You won't get a copy of the ticket but you should be able to get the reservation details.
