How To File For Items Taken From Luggage

My cell phone was taken from my luggage between Phx and RSW on Wednesday, Jan 5. Flights AA4913 & 1051 RSW baggage hasn't returned any of my phone calls and would like someone acknowledge the loss and reimburse. Eileen Nelson 239-768-1098 [email protected]
