Hello eaespin,

There are a few options available for resetting a forgotten AOL password which can be viewed here

The title of the AOL page on the link is referring to using your mobile phone. However, this would only apply if you had previously added your phone number to your AOL Profile. But this page also shows the other options with the steps for each one as well.
