Unable To Call Your Toll-free Numbers

I´m an 84 year old retiree strugling to live on a low income - VERY LOW - in Mexico and can´t call your toll-free pnone numbers to rectify my access to my email - this is the 11th time this has happened recently - please send me a TOLL number and perhaps we can resolve this glitch !
