when fill out application asking about my credit, is when i'm purchasing furniture, home, car, renting or etc, and this is because of a financing loan.
on job applications they do always ask your age, and if you don't put age they may ask for your "dob".
i notice that on paper application, they ask if you are 18yrs or older. that's understandable by law.
i also notice that when you fill applications online, which the majority of applications you have to fill out online. does ask your exact age.
my thought would be, is their way of screening or categorizing an individual, by if they or too old for the position, they are seeking.
i hate the fact that, they require age.
it's seems like a part of their job screening, age, nationality, male, female, serve in military, committed a felon and so on.
