I had a similar problem in the past, here's what you need to do! First, go to your kindle's setting by swiping down from the black bar at the top. Then scroll down to where it says "more" and then click "parental controls." Once you enable the parental controls, you will have to create a password, but I don't recommend making it the same as the lock-screen password, especially if this is an attempt to make using a kindle fire more age-appropriate for kids. After setting your password, select "block and unblock content" and then chose what you want to block, Facebook, for example. Unfortunately, there is no way to manually enter a url. Save your changes by returning to the parental controls menu. If you want to block all access to websites on your kindle, then simply click the "blocked" icon on the web browser heading.

I hope this helped, have a lovely day!
