Placing An Order

I can order items but as soon as I click "proceed to checkout" my basket is empty.  I have been in correspondence and had telephone calls with Amazon.co.uk since February and they have not been able to sort out the problem yet.  Can you help please?

Without having access to Amazon's code, the only thing I could suggest is to clear your Internet browsing cache and/or reboot your computer. Do you have cookies enabled?
