Amazon's policy is to cancel an order on the customer's request if the order has not shipped. That policy may or may not apply to orders shipped not by Amazon but by one of Amazon's partners. To check on whether that option is available to you, got to Your Account (upper right) and then to Your Orders. If it is, you'll be able to cancel from your computer.

After executing an order successfully you think you want to cancelling your order, you can do so. simply go to your order and cancel the option if it is not shipped. you have to mention the reason for cancellation
