My Kindle Reader Ha Suddenly Stopped. There Is An Error Message ' Application Er
none of the buttons are working. Only white screen is there. What to do.

Hi. Press and hold the power button for 20-30 seconds to force restart the Kindle and observe to see if the error occurs again following the restart. Let us know.

it may have become overheated or put in an environment that is too cold; respond accordingly. if it is too hot, put it inside in a cool area (though not cold enough to keep milk safe) and if it is too cold wrap it and place it somewhere warm or keep it on your lap and cover it. give it 1-3 minutes, restart, and this should help the error message because it has has time to rest and is no longer overheated
