The easiest way is to phone Amazon at 866-216-1072. Depending on how fast you act there should be no problem. If it's too late you can in most cases return the purchase at no cost to you.
If you don't want to call you can cancel online by locating the purchase on your Orders page after logging in. You'll see a Cancel option associated with the order, on that page (at least if you caught it in time).
