It Filled But Will Not Drain Or Do Any Function. I Have Even Unplugged It. Help

It filled up. I'm not sure if it actual went through with was cycle. But it will not drain. Even when I put it on the drain/spin selection it does nothing. I have unplugged it and plugged it back stains still nothing it won't even do start at all. The green light is on indicating it has power...any suggestions??
