Ntw4630yq Fill Sensing Problem?

When starting cycle washing machine briefly starts filling with fill sensing light on then it tries to lock but quickly disengages and both fill sensing light and lid locked light flash continuously. It will not let me do anything at this point unless unplug it. I just replaced the lid lock kit/assembly but that did not fix the problem which is why I am guessing it is a fill sensing issue. Please help! Thank you.
