It Was Making A Loud & Violent Banging Noise. There Is Still Water Inside.
The drum is tilted dramatically to one side. and will not staighten. (I can't get the water to drain out, because this model of washing machine simply starts at the beginning of the cycle. Don't know how to bypass...) I think the suspension springs or rods came off, because when I look down into the washer, (without taking it apart), I can see a rod on the right front, but not on the left. How to diagnose? Should I take the back panel off? Do you have a link to a video that can show me how to repair? Thanks!
