Alpine Iva-d300

I have an alpine IVA-D300. The monitor does not come out at all, even with resetting it. The unit sounds 3 tones like it wants to come out but does not. Had a dead battery a couple of weeks ago and replaced it. That is when the monitor motor stopped working.
