My Wireless Will Not Stay Connected

I have a UTStarcom UM175 usb plug and play.  Tonight I have had to reconnect to the internet over ten times because I keep disconnecting.  My service is with Verzion and if they are down, they are not answering their phones.  I don't know how to fix the problem.   Thisn is the longest I been on the internet to night.  Anyone got an answer?  At this point I don't even know if my e-mail works.
