I Can't Find Any Information On My Alcatel One Touch 838 Phone.no Manual.
Can't reply to any text messages. When I try to send back a reply it tells me "not sent, stored in outbox" When I try to activate my one touch button it says check my credentials. What does that mean? Need a manual or something that explains what I need my settings on. Can't download anything.
